Congratulations! Your abstract has been accepted!
Below is a reminder of how to prepare your oral and poster presentations for the conference.
Oral Presentations
The parallel session rooms have a Windows computer available. You may either use this computer, or bring your own computer and display adaptor.
All presenters should follow these guidelines:
- The slide size should be 16:9
- Each oral presentation is 12 min + 3 min Q&A, total 15 min.
- Presenters to arrive to their session 10 min before scheduled time to set up their laptops or transfer their file via USB stick to the computer in the designated rooms.
If you wish to use the computer in the room to present:
- Please prepare your presentation file in Windows-Compatible PowerPoint (.pptx)
- Double check format saved, especially mac users
- Please embed the necessary fonts in the file
- Save one version in PDF as well as a backup, which should be saved in PDF/A format.
- Please bring a copy of your presentation file on a USB memory stick
Alternatively, if you are using these software we recommend using your own computer and display adaptor:
- Microsoft PowerPoint for iOS
- Apple Keynote
- Canva
- OpenOffice
In this case, please arrive to their session 10 min before scheduled time to ensure your laptop can connect to the projector.
Poster Presentations
- Posters should be prepared and printed with final dimensions up to maximum ISO A0 size.
- Printing services will not be available at the conference venue.
- Velcro will be provided
- All A0 posters must be in portrait, strictly no landscape format A0 allowed as there is no space.
- Please note your Ex Ordo abstract ID# on the poster
- Please note the Poster Boards are for A0 portrait posters
