Registration fees include access to the conference, lunch, refreshments and a garden party on the evening of Monday 6 July in Fitzwilliam College.

Conference Garden Party — Fitzwilliam College (6 July)
Join us for a relaxed and joyful Conference Garden Party on the evening of 6 July in the beautiful gardens of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge. Taking full advantage of the long summer evenings in Cambridge, this informal gathering will feature a free barbecue, offering conference participants the perfect opportunity to unwind and network.
Set in the spacious college gardens, the event will provide a welcoming setting to meet fellow attendees, continue conversations sparked during the conference sessions, and build new collaborations in a relaxed outdoor environment. As the sun sets slowly over Cambridge, guests can enjoy good food, refreshing drinks, and lively conversation surrounded by greenery.

Conference College Dinner — Clare College (7 July)

On the evening of 7 July, conference participants are warmly invited to a formal College Dinner at Clare College, one of the most beautiful colleges in Cambridge. Founded in 1326, Clare is the second oldest college in the University, and the dinner will take place during the year marking the 700th anniversary of its foundation, making this occasion particularly special.
The evening will begin with a drinks reception in Clare’s stunning riverside gardens, widely regarded as among the most beautiful in Cambridge. Guests will then move into the college’s magnificent dining hall to enjoy an excellent traditional Cambridge college dinner, served in the timeless setting that has hosted scholars and guests for centuries.



This special evening offers a unique opportunity to experience the traditions of Cambridge while enjoying fine food, conversation, and the historic atmosphere of one of the University’s colleges. Limited places are available for this dinner and booking alongside the registration for the conference is required.
